Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced LPN for a full-time travel contract in Waterloo, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Candidates should be knowledgeable in geriatric nursing within an age-specific care environment.

Key responsibilities of the LPN Full Time D/N rotation (5x8s) include:

• Collect data relevant to resident's physical and psychosocial condition and communicate findings to the RN and Interdisciplinary Team.
• Contribute to the development of age-appropriate and culturally relevant care plans.
• Recommend revisions to care plans after evaluation of resident outcomes and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team for comprehensive care.
• Maintain current nursing knowledge and competency through continuing education.
• Provide leadership and guidance under the direction of the RN within the professional practice setting.

Requirements of the LPN Full Time D/N rotation (5x8s) include:

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS certification (certified through AHA or RQI specifically)
• 1 year of experience as an LPN
• Experience serving in an LPN capacity at a Long-Term Care Facility
