Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Senior Talent Advisor – Power Systems to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Lead talent acquisition strategies that attract and secure top talent aligned with business objectives.Develop diverse sourcing channels and talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions.Enhance recruiting effectiveness through data-driven analysis, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure recruitment activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, policies, and organizational standards.Influence and coach stakeholders throughout the hiring process to strengthen talent outcomes and decision-making.Strengthen Cummins’ employer brand through candidate engagement and strategic recruitment marketing efforts.Drive cross-functional recruiting initiatives that improve candidate experience, operational efficiency, and business results.Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
