Responsibilities include patent preparation and prosecution, licensing, and due diligence, with basic knowledge of patenting in Europe, Japan, and China. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in chemical patent practice, a PhD in organic chemistry, a JD, and admission to practice before the USPTO, with a license in at least one state (preferably WA).
