Step into a fulfilling role with a close-knit team of four pediatricians in beautiful Northern Arizona. This established practice, supported by one of the nation's fastest-growing pediatric health systems, combines the resources of a large, well-run system with the autonomy to serve its community effectively. Here, you'll enjoy an outpatient-only setting, a balanced work schedule, and a supportive environment tailored to your professional and personal needs.

Position Highlights:

Community-focused pediatric practice driven by common sense
Outpatient-only care with a 4-day workweek
No local competition and a strong referral network
Summer patient load: 15-16 daily; Winter: 20-22 daily
Competitive salary, quality bonus, and $20K sign-on bonus
PSLF student loan repayment assistance
5 weeks PTO, 1 week CME time
