Wellstar Health System is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to integrate patient-centered pharmaceutical care with distributive and drug control activities. The pharmacist provides consultative/clinical services including antibiotic dosing of vancomycin and aminoglycosides, initial warfarin dosing, renal dosing, and IV-to-PO conversions.
