Organic Social Media Manager

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of organic social channels, the full-time Organic Social Media Manager will plan content, engage with the audience, and oversee publishing strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the posting strategy and maintain a rolling content calendar, ensuring timely and accurate content across all channels Publish and manage organic content for various brand persona accounts, ensuring consistent and distinct voices for each Develop creative briefs for production, ensuring clarity and quality to facilitate effective execution by creative teams Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing organic social media for a brand or agency Proven ability to create effective creative briefs for production teams Strong editorial eye for short-form video content Practical fluency with AI writing tools and strong copywriting skills Thorough knowledge of Instagram and TikTok mechanics and performance trends
