Image Quality Analyst - Angiography

Responsibilities: Manage modality specific image quality cases to ensure customer satisfaction through frequent interaction and communication with the Remote Support Center, Factory Image Quality team, Factory R&D, and local service support groups for Advanced Therapies (angiography/cardiac). Support customers and field to ensure achievements of the RSC's performance goals. Responsible for the handling, analysis and case management of customer and/or internally driven image quality issues. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers Utilization of experience and communication skills to: Collect, review and evaluate large quantities of patient images and related system logfiles; Assess appropriate image quality or reasons for lack thereof and communicate directly with internal and external customers - often at the radiologist/Physician level - to drive closure. The base pay range for this position is: $107,060 - $147,213 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
