Job Description

Manage public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Own schedules, pay applications, change orders, and contract compliance
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards
Maintain clear communication with owners, inspectors, and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

5-10+ years of commercial construction PM experience
3+ years on public, municipal, healthcare, or institutional projects
Strong knowledge of contracts, documentation, and compliance
Detail-oriented with a disciplined, process-driven approach
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
