Care Manager: Home & Community Care Outreach
Workstream
Arosa is looking for a professional to manage care for older clients, providing support and developing personal care plans. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field and a minimum of two years’ experience in care management. Responsibilities include working directly with clients and their families, conducting assessments, and participating in community outreach efforts.
