CDL Truck Driver – Residential Garbage Truck Driver

  Location: Waxahachie, Texas

  Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hr

We’re looking for experienced and safety-minded  CDL Drivers to join our growing team in  Waxahachie, Texas

The Job:

• Safely operate a CDL Truck from our  Waxahachie yard—start and end your shift in the same location.

• Service  Residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries.

• Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers.

• Work a consistent schedule:  Mon–Fri, 6 AM start | Approx. 50–60hrs./week

• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers.

• Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

✅ Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL with airbrakes

• ASL Waste Truck experience preferred

• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience

• Clean MVR and safety-first mindset

• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions
