We’re seeking an  Assistant Marketing Manager to support marketing campaigns, promotional events, customer engagement, and brand initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience and a clear path toward marketing leadership.

Relevant experience is helpful, but we’re open to motivated candidates with transferable skills. Training and professional development are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
• Support live events, community events, product promotions, and brand activations
• Help coordinate event schedules, materials, timelines, and onsite activities
• Engage with customers and support brand-awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams
• Track campaign activity and help evaluate performance
• Assist with presentations, promotional materials, and campaign content
• Identify new opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign results
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
