Certs required : BLS and ACLS >> if professional has these listed, they should be attached to profile > REQUIRED UPON SUBMISSION --- > MUST HAVE CURRENT CA LIC AT TIME OF SUBMISSION > Years of experience required: 2+ (Cath Lab/IR) > Previous Travel experience: not required, preferred > ALL RTO must be provided > FULL SSN/DOB MUST BE UPDATED the in Candidate's Intellify Profile > PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT with MSP Cover Page or Supplier Cover Page - Intellify creates a cover page automatically upon submission > Must have number of Facility Beds and Trauma Levels on all work history > At least one reference taken in the last 12 months > Skills Checklist dated no more than 12 months old > No work gaps greater than 30 days ||||| &bull

Ratios : Depends on patient acuity and census, ratios are mandated by state of CA &bull

Float requirements :will not float &bull

EMR : EPIC is EMR, preferred if traveler has that experience

Registered Nurse, Cath Lab Licenses: RN-CA(Copy needed) Certifications: ACLS(Copy Needed)

BLS(Copy Needed) References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months ICU Skills Checklist and Reference within a year RTO Upon Submission
