️ What You’ll Do

• Lead leasing efforts and drive lease-up success
• Maintain a welcoming, professional leasing environment
• Ensure tour paths and model units are always show-ready
• Stay on top of local market trends and competitor activity
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve marketing and resident satisfaction
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects, residents, and teammates
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint

 

✅ What You Bring

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Energy, positivity, and a “let’s do this” attitude

 

Compensation & Perks

• Pay range: $24.00 – $26.50/hour
• Bonus opportunities/Leasing commissions/occupancy incentives
