This role provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects and learn about the company's operations and industry. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist and support assigned teams or departments with various tasks and projects, according to Indeed, including those closely related to their area of study. Participate in daily operations and learn about the company's workflows and procedures. Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed. Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing documents, and managing databases. Attend meetings, workshops, and other relevant events to gain insights and observe professional interactions. Collaborate with team members, contribute ideas, and actively participate in discussions. Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes and according to project plans and schedules. Maintain professionalism, uphold company policies, and adhere to ethical standards. Take initiative to learn, ask questions, and seek feedback to enhance skills and performance. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to support team members and suppliers across the Watco network. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen closely and interpret business needs and risk; ability to create timely, accurate, and succinct written communications; ability to share information and ideas with others. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion. Proficient with Microsoft Office and enterprise content/records management systems, electronic records handling, imaging, and emerging technologies.
