Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a welcoming school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Details 2026-2027 School Year Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered) On-Site K-12 Caseload (assignment based on district needs and experience) Zoom interviews available Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines Attend IEP and eligibility meetings as needed Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License Tennessee Department of Education School Services Personnel License (or ability to obtain) CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if district-approved Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits of Working with Soliant Competitive pay: $55–$65/hour (based on experience) Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Weekly pay Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services Travel stipends available for eligible candidates Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment #J-18808-Ljbffr Soliant Health
