• Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic diseases.
• Conduct preventive health screenings and routine check-ups tailored to patients' needs.
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients to support health maintenance.
• Utilize electronic health records to document patient information accurately.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention strategies.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
• Valid medical license to practice primary care medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings is preferred.
