Route Supervisor

Service Route Supervisor, Full-time

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Service Route Supervisor, full-time. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and includes some weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coaching and training team members on a daily basis
• Manages drivers
• Reviews reports from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the branch manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
• Problem solver
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry
