Key Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage your own insurance agency business
• Develop relationships with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing account support
• Educate clients on products including auto, home, life, farm, business, and retirement solutions
• Maintain licensing and industry knowledge through ongoing training and education
• Participate in local events, organizations, and community outreach initiatives
