Your day-to-day work is centered on providing dignified, person-centered support.Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, meal preparation, and transportation, always encouraging self-reliance.Foster Connection: Build meaningful relationships with residents and help them engage with their community, whether it's through a special activity or a simple outing.Provide Companionship: Be a trusted friend and advocate, offering emotional support and creating a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.Qualifications: We're looking for heart, not just a resume.A strong passion for helping others and improving the lives of individuals with mental and physical disabilities.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must hold a valid driver's license.Capable of assisting residents with their needs (mentally and physically).Experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
