Busboy/Dishwasher - Oak Grove

Lizard's Thicket is looking for individuals who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.Responsibilities:Retrieve soiled dishes from the tables and bus pans in the dining roomSort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machineSort and stack clean dishes.
