This position provides the opportunity to work in a supportive and welcoming environment while delivering essential care to patients in a respected facility.Med/Surg RN Job Summary Delivers direct/indirect patient care to patients of all ages from neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult to geriatric utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment; implementation and prioritization of patient's problems and needs, and development & implementation of a nursing plan of care in the medical surgical unit. Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality, age specific care. Delegates effectively to appropriate team members.
