The Store Manager oversees daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store performance. This role involves leading and motivating the team, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve company goals. The Store Manager serves as a key player in maintaining a positive shopping environment and fostering customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor store performance
- Coordinate store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
