Customer Service Representative

Join PMi as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in supporting our customers, service technicians, and sales team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping schedule services, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, friendly service Schedule pest control and related services using company scheduling systems Assist customers with service questions, account updates, and appointment requests Enter and maintain accurate customer information and service records Communicate scheduling changes and customer needs with technicians and sales representatives Prepare contracts, service agreements, and customer documentation Process customer payments and maintain accurate records Assist with customer communications, renewals, reminders, and follow-up activities Support customer retention efforts by providing exceptional service Work collaboratively with all departments to support customer satisfaction and operational success What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service, administrative, call center, or office experience preferred Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers, email, data entry, and office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Why Join PMi?
