As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing and placing quality candidates in client roles while ensuring a smooth and positive hiring process. You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accuracy and compliance, all while contributing to the success of your team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee onboarding process, ensuring all new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, Client Documents) is completed accurately.

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates, update records, and create reports.

• Use job boards, social media, and recruiting software to attract and engage candidates.

• Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and reference verifications.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach.

• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assist candidates with resumes as needed.

• Write detailed submittal summaries showcasing candidate strengths.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, offering interview coaching when appropriate.

• Present job offers and negotiate employment terms.

• Support payroll processes, including hours collection and reconciliation.

• Take initiative and perform additional duties to support recruiting and client success.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences.

• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.

• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make thoughtful hiring recommendations.

Pay

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
