Internship · Tampa, FL (in-office or flexible) Hands‑on social strategy, trend research, and content planning across real brands. Surroundings Group is the creative partner behind the world's premium brands: marine, real estate, private aviation, hospitality, and the categories around them. You’ll support social strategy, content planning, research, captioning, platform organization, and execution across client and internal brands. This is for someone highly tuned in to what’s relevant online who wants real agency exposure to how content, audience behavior, and platform strategy come together. Content planning, trend research, and social calendar organization Caption writing, platform research, and competitive reviews Organizing social assets and execution workflows Staying current on platform trends and what content is performing right now Learning how brands show up strategically and consistently across platforms Fluent in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social culture Good instincts for what’s relevant, engaging, and working today Organized, creative, and detail‑oriented Excited to contribute in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment We're not always hiring for this role, but we’re always building the pool.
