Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care
• Answer call lights and assist residents in a timely manner
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Turn and reposition residents to prevent skin breakdown
• Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition based on dietary needs
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other required documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of [State]
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Previous skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
