Job Description

The Technical Support role requires a seasoned professional with over 4 years of diverse experience in helpdesk and desktop support. This position involves managing and troubleshooting a variety of systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, and Okta Admin, alongside providing hardware and software support in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and maintain a polished and professional demeanor, often interacting with executive users.

Responsibilities

Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory
Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
Administer and troubleshoot Azure and Okta Multi-Factor Authentication
Perform physical computer moves and hardware troubleshooting
Deliver break/fix support and basic hardware maintenance
Support audiovisual equipment and web conferencing tools
Assist with Windows 10 operating system support
Utilize ticketing systems to manage and track support requests
Conduct remote support and network/server diagnostics
Implement and manage standard security software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting executive-level users with professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Ability to think outside the box to resolve complex technical issues
