The team is all former public accountants from large public firms so the training is outstanding. Responsibilities Assisting preparing monthly financials and workbooks Variance and trend analysis for assigned portfolio Month end close, reconciliations and monthly executive workbooks Qualifications 2 years experience within large public accounting firm, looking to transition into the real estate industry Real Estate clients are a preferred Our client offers a strong compensation package with base salary plus bonus.
