Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for a Tridium Programmer in the Inland Empire to configure, integrate, and maintain DDC controls for a service-focused building automation contractor.

Impact

• Deliver DDC solutions that extend equipment life and cut unplanned downtime.
• Build Niagara N4 graphics that give facility teams a clear picture.
• Strengthen client relationships through fast, clean issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Program and configure Niagara N4 stations: drivers, points, and control sequences.
• Develop custom graphics and dashboards for HVAC and DDC equipment.
• Integrate third-party devices over BACnet, Modbus, and related protocols.
• Commission and validate systems through functional testing.
• Diagnose and resolve controls issues on service accounts.
• Collaborate with service technicians and project coordinators.
• Maintain version control and station configuration records.

Must-Haves

• Three or more years of hands-on Niagara N4 programming and integration.
• Proven ability to build graphics, configure points, and set up drivers.
• Working knowledge of DDC, HVAC systems, and sequences of operation.
• Familiarity with BACnet and Modbus.

Nice-to-Haves

• Niagara N4 certification.
• Service-environment experience across a multi-site commercial portfolio.
