Execute the timely completion of due diligence deliverables, often under tight transaction deadlines. Manage various transactions, which vary in size and complexity from single-property deals to complex portfolios involving 50 to 100 properties or significantly more. Support and partner with attorneys, who will work directly with title companies, borrower’s counsel, and other third parties to ensure all diligence is completed efficiently and accurately. Meet the minimum requirement of 1,650 annual billable hours. All members of the firm are encouraged to participate in our firm’s Global Responsible Business program. Work on other duties as assigned. Ability to work well with and gain the confidence of professionals and attorneys at all levels. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word) and other computer skills. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE Five (5)+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably from a large law firm or title company environment required. Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience performing diligence directly. HOURS Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, including one hour for lunch, with the willingness and ability to work overtime, as needed.
