Pest Control Technician

Pro Active Pest Control is currently hiring full‑time Pest Control Technicians to join our team! Job Responsibilities Manage an established service route and new customers Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties Troubleshoot pest issues and provide effective solutions Educate customers on services and prevention methods Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling Help meet company service and sales goals Continuously build skills and product knowledge Train alongside a licensed technician if not yet licensed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights Strong time management and multitasking skills Must have or be willing to obtain a CA or QA applicator license through the Arizona Dept. of Agriculture, Pest Management Division Ability to pass a live scan, state exam, and obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed Must be willing and able to complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the company’s auto insurance policy, in accordance with applicable laws.
