Inside Sales Specialist - Point of Care

Waters Corporation seeks an inside sales specialist to drive revenue growth across an assigned territory through virtual engagement and field collaboration. The role involves prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions to pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth plans to identify new business and expand customer relationships
- Prospect and qualify sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital channels
- Drive revenue through promotion of instrumentation, informatics, consumables, and service agreements
- Conduct virtual product presentations and customer business reviews with laboratory stakeholders
- Maintain pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and provide regular territory performance updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of sales experience, or new graduate with 3.2+ GPA
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base plus $15,000 annual incentive
