- Arbitration Firm
- Facilities experience
- Provide High level concierge Service
- Assist Front Desk with check in
- Facilitate room Rental process from beginning to end
- Coordinate with outside vendors on A/V setup
- Provide technical support ,including, Managing video conferencing requests
- Tech check assist with setting up zoom meetings in the conference rooms.
- Support with Technology needs
- Office liaison for building management
- Submitting service requests, ,notification of on-site events,
- coordination of room set up/break down logistics ,contact for fire drills,& safety response.
- Maintain inventory ,order supplies,
- Monitor facility equipment, conference rooms, AV equipment . printers ,coffee machines Etc.
- 4-6 years experience
