We're building the next generation of our organization, investing in and technology, and expanding into new channels and customer segments. The business is strong — now we're accelerating growth in key areas. Part of that growth is a new concierge services line: giving new movers and renters a single point of contact to get their new home connected — electricity, internet, cable, security, and other essential services — instead of researching and calling half a dozen providers themselves. This role leads the sales team behind that line of business. The Role: We are hiring a Manager of Inside Sales to lead the team of Concierge Account Executives who sell our home-services concierge offering to new movers and renters. You'll own the performance of the floor — enrollments, revenue, and call quality — and the development of the people who deliver it. This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a desk job one level removed from the work. You'll spend real time listening to calls, coaching in the moment, and running performance reviews, while also stepping back to look at the numbers: conversion trends, pipeline health, what's working in a script and what isn't. You report directly to the CRO and are the day‑to‑day connective tissue between sales strategy and what actually happens on a call. You’ll also be a key partner to marketing and operations — flagging where lead quality or call routing is helping or hurting conversion, and making sure the team has what it needs to hit its numbers the right way. This role is in the office five days a week. Leading from the floor — not from a dashboard — is how you build a team that trusts you and a process that actually works. What You’ll Do Lead the Team Hire, onboard, and develop Concierge Account Executives as the team grows Coach individual reps through live call listening, one‑on‑ones, and regular performance reviews Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to enrollment, revenue, and quality targets Build a floor culture where reps want to do the job well, not just hit a number Own the Sales product Process Build and refine the scripts, talk tracks, and playbooks the team works from Identify what separates your best reps from the rest, and turn it into something teachable Continuously tighten the process from first contact to closed enrollment Drive Performance With Data Track conversion, pipeline, and revenue metrics daily, weekly, and monthly Turn KPI trends into specific coaching, staffing, or process changes — not just a report nobody reads Own forecasting and pipeline reporting for the concierge sales team Partner Across the Business Work with marketing on lead quality, timing, and volume so the team is working the right leads Partner with operations and provider contacts to resolve issues that are slowing down enrollments Bring the CRO clear, honest visibility into what's working and what isn't Protect Quality & Compliance Make sure every enrollment holds up — accurate, complete, and compliant with provider and regulatory requirements Keep CRM data clean and consistent across the team so reporting can be trusted Escalate and resolve customer or provider issues that reps can't close on their own Know the Product Stay current on electricity plans, providers, and rates, plus the internet, cable, and security partners in the concierge lineup Understand national electricity, internet & security market mechanics well enough to train the team on it, not just yourself Get ahead of new providers, partners, and promotions before they hit the floor What We're Looking For 3+ years leading an inside sales, call center, or high‑volume phone sales team, with a track record of hitting team targets Comfortable managing to data — conversion rates, pipeline health, call quality — and turning numbers into action A real coach: patient enough to develop people, direct enough to hold them accountable Strong CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar) and comfortable building or refining sales process and scripts Clear, credible communicator who can represent the floor to leadership and leadership's priorities to the floor Able to work in our Dallas office five days a week Nice to have: experience in home services, energy, telecom, insurance, or another regulated/consumer‑choice industry; experience working with partner or affiliate‑driven lead sources; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation & Benefits On‑target earnings (OTE) of $120,000–$140,000, based on experience — salaried with a performance‑based bonus structure.
