Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.What You Get to DoOperates washing machines, dryers, and folding machines in accordance with recommended capacity and other manufacturer’s guidelines.Pre-sorts linens to locate and remove damaged items. Follows all policy and procedures with regard to handling lost and found items. Stores clean and folded linens in appropriate areas.Assists in training at workstations when needed and consistently pays attention to details of each workstation to ensure maximum production.Assists Grindstone Laundry Driver(s) in loading, unloading and weighing of the linens onto and off of trucks.Notifies Grindstone Laundry Technician Supervisor or Manager of incidents or conflicts that affect normal business operations or customer services.Responsible for complying with all Grindstone Laundry inspection processes.Ensures compliance with energy conservation and job safety regulations.Maintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company mission, vision and values.Displays a high level of maturity, discretion, tact, judgment and the ability to deal with confidential matters.Perform other departmental duties assigned to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team.What We Look for in a PersonMust demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record, ensuring reliability and dedication to their role.We value individuals who foster a respectful work environment.
