What you can expect

• Crew referral program - any existing crew person gets $50 if they refer someone who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days
• After 5 years of service, crew member receives an extra week's pay on their anniversary date

• Most late night shifts need to be able to work until midnight or later, some stores are open until 1am
