Production Associate Build, Create, and Grow Your Skills

What You'll Do
- Assemble radiators & copper coils using blueprints and work orders
- Use hand tools & measuring tools to cut, measure, and build components
- Drill metal brackets & apply screws with accuracy and consistency
- Read tape measures daily to ensure precise, high-quality assembly
- Hit production goals while maintaining top-tier craftsmanship
- Work closely with your team to keep production moving smoothly
- Report equipment issues to leads/supervisors
- Support 5S organization to maintain a clean, efficient workspace
- Follow all safety & quality standards
What You Bring
- 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong measuring skills using a tape measure
- Experience with hand tools and basic power tools
- Ability to stand 810 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of PPE (steel-toed boots, ear/eye protection)
Bonus Skills
- Ability to convert fractions to decimals (training provided)
- Experience in metal fabrication, metal joining, or progressive stamping
- Quality inspection experience
- OSHA certification
- Great fit for people with auto mechanic, construction, or mechanical-inclined backgrounds
