Position: Master Social Worker (MSW) - Dialysis (ICHD)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Village Service Area: Riverside, CA

Retention Bonus: $5,000 currently offered for this position

DaVita has an open position for a Social Worker who will be a vital member of each patient's core care team. Life on dialysis can be a difficult transition for many patients-and you'll be there to support and advocate for them. In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Master Social Worker, required.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in Dialysis, In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) preferred.
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work required
• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Obtained their Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting all licensure requirements for their state.
• Proficient in all Experienced level Social Worker duties.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Salary Range for the role is $78,000 - $128,000 per year.
