Enriching life is a crucial component of what we do daily. The Opportunity: Powder Coater Primary Function: The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing and painting various sheet metal products. They will securely hang prepared parts in the spray booth and then operate a powder coating spray gun. Once the item has been sprayed, the Powder Coater will place parts into oven for processing and examine the finished products for compliance. Essential Functions: Follows work instructions to powder coat sheet metal parts for various customers. Reviews finished parts, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards. Assists on other projects as assigned. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
