Store Manager

Overview CosmoProf Beauty is hiring a Store Manager to lead a CosmoProf store. You would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, empowered to help customers express themselves through hair and beauty, with a focus on Education, Product, Inspiration and Community. Your Role as a Store Manager When it comes to the customer experience – manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives a great, custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory management. Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies. Maintain a high-quality store appearance and presentation. Qualifications to be a Store Manager At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers. Must be 18 years of age or older. Passion for all things hair and beauty.
