This Direct Hire Quality Specialist | CMM Programmer opportunity offers a great schedule, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the chance to work independently while supporting critical quality processes. In this role, you will develop, test, and operate CMM inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software, perform first article, in-process, and final inspections, interpret GD&T requirements, generate inspection reports, and support quality initiatives in a precision manufacturing environment.

Quality Specialist | CMM Programmer Duties:

• Develop, test, and operate CMM inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision machined components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
• Generate inspection reports and maintain quality documentation
• Support AS9100 quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pay:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Quality Specialist | CMM Programmer Requirements:

• At least 3 years of CMM programming and inspection experience
• Experience using Zeiss Calypso software and Zeiss CMM equipment
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and inspection reporting
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and documentation
