Full Time Dental Hygienist Position

10,000 Sign on Bonus Mosaic Dental - Eagan Valley is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team! Located in Eagan, MN we are growing and adding another Dental Hygienist provider to assist with our patient base. We offer a Hybrid Hygienist‑in‑Training Program for dental hygiene students and new graduates awaiting licensing. Under this program you are hired into an office to complete training, onboarding, shadow, and then start practicing with confidence once the license is active. Position Summary As a Dental Hygienist you’ll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience New graduate or several years of clinical experience. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patients’ needs. Clinical duties as required by office. Physical Requirements Perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year. Additional Requirements Requires a tuberculosis (TB) test for all new hires in dental office positions, which will be arranged during pre‑employment. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
