WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Pay: $21-$25/hour | Contract to Hire


Opti Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a local HVAC company. This role keeps the warehouse running - receiving, organizing, and getting the right parts and equipment out the door to techs and job sites.


What You'll Do:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC parts, materials, and equipment
• Pick and stage materials for scheduled jobs and technicians
• Keep inventory organized and accurately counted
• Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts as needed

What You Bring:

• Warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to get certified)
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• HVAC/mechanical parts knowledge a bonus, not required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay: $21-$25/hour, DOE
