Hourly Wage: $36.00–$49.16

Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 per 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime compensated as per applicable laws) .

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available for days, nights, and mid shifts.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will ensure safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center, providing direct patient care in line with clinical standards and scope of practice. Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver direct care to oncology patients in an infusion environment.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions according to established protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses and side effects.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Adhere to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
• Communicate clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it thereafter.
• Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The specific starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
