QA Specialist for AI Product Testing & Support

Role Overview

Help improve an AI-driven video generation product through rigorous manual testing, detailed issue reporting, and responsive client support. Your quality expertise will contribute real-world input that helps train and improve next-generation AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough manual testing of an AI-driven video generation platform, assessing functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and issues, then provide detailed reports to technical teams to support timely resolution.
• Create and execute test cases and user scenarios for product updates, new features, and functionality improvements.
• Provide client-facing technical support, respond to inquiries, and explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Work with cross-functional contributors to capture customer feedback accurately and apply it to product enhancements.
• Maintain high quality engineering standards and close attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Use an iOS device for mobile-platform testing to help ensure reliability across supported environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated quality assurance experience, including manual testing, bug tracking, and reporting in software or SaaS environments.
• Experience in customer support or other client-facing work, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Clear, prompt, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership, reliability, and commitment to high-quality results.
• Experience with video generation or media technology platforms is preferred.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• Applicants must be located in the United States and available to work within a Pacific Time project structure.
• An iOS device is required for mobile testing.

Compensation

$30 to $34 per hour.
