Position Level: L. Responsibilities Lead cross‑disciplinary engineering teams, managing employees across two or more technical domains to achieve program objectives. Craft and drive strategic project and process roadmaps that accelerate performance. Secure critical resources, provide technical oversight, and champion continuous process innovation. Forge and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports to align priorities and fuel collaboration. Develop, coach, and energize talent, cultivating a high‑performing culture of accountability and growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams to evaluate complex engineering issues that affect design, production, and test. Present clear, persuasive technical updates to program leadership, translating technical detail into strategic insight. Travel may be required up to 50‑75% of the time, domestically and/or internationally. Basic Qualifications (Required) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or related field) or non‑US equivalent directly related to the work statement. 5+ years of experience in a management and/or team lead role in an engineering and/or test environment. Experience with interfacing database systems and applications. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Experience supporting a military flight test program (Navy Flight Test preferred). Successful completion of the company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Other Requirements Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizen required. Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start required. Relocation is possible based on candidate eligibility.
