Real Estate Associate Attorney

A highly regarded Ohio-based law firm is seeking a senior-level Commercial Real Estate transactional attorney to join its busy and growing practice. This is an opportunity for an attorney who can step into sophisticated real estate matters, lead deals, and work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, well-established group. Opportunity Highlights Senior Associate or Counsel-level role in a thriving commercial real estate practice Opportunity to handle straightforward commercial real estate transactional work and take ownership of deals from day one Join a busy and stable practice group Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and related real estate matters Coordinate deal teams, manage closings, and serve as a key client contact on active matters Work closely with senior attorneys and partners while independently driving matters forward Provide practical, business-minded counsel in a fast-paced transactional environment Qualifications 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience Experience leading deals and managing matters with limited supervision Admission to practice in Ohio, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted Location Columbus, however they are also open to this role sitting in Cleveland or Cincinnati. Compensation Compensation is competitive with the Ohio market and commensurate with experience. Compensation range starts at $225,000. Counsel-level compensation will depend on experience, title, and candidate expectations.
