Job Full Description

Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Client Service Representative position for a company in Dubuque, IA. This person will provide administrative support while promoting quality customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Work directly with clients to keep accounts up to date so they can continue to operate
Build relationships with clients through friendly interactions, close attention to detail, and efficient execution of requests
Put together reports to communicate information
Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Detail-oriented and organized
Someone who can multi-task and know how to prioritize their workload
Building professional relationships with clients
Someone who can work independently but also work well with a team
Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc)

Wage: $18.50/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Type: Evaluation hire
