Sales Specialist

Responsibilities Follow-up on all leads. 5-10+ leads weekly during peak season, 3-5 leads weekly during non-peak season. Generate leads through cold-calling and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists. Respond to all phone and email messages from other team members and/or customers in a timely manner. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. Prepare estimates based on current labor and material prices. Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments. Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and sales representatives. Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Previous roofing knowledge helpful, but not required Valid Driver’s License Own vehicle and ladder – MUST HAVE Ability to build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented Benefits / Investment in You Sales trainings and meetings Commission Sales – on average making $80k – $120k annually Weekly Draw available Work your own schedule Leads every-day all year long Company outings & parties #J-18808-Ljbffr
