Ability to work weekends is required. Plant & Community Overview: Plant Overview: 600+ Employees Union Facility In 2015, the Coshocton facility grew from 300 employees to 600 employees Coshocton is the only Oscar Mayer Bacon facility Job ID: 293479652 Job Overview: Employees will perform cleanliness and sanitation of the production and non-production areas in the plant. Typical positions an employee will fill include: Wash and sanitize all infrastructure/equipment in or outside of the plant for inspection, disassemble equipment and prepare for sanitation process, utilize high-pressure hoses, foamers, and sanitizers including portable units, and be able to work with sanitation chemicals. This position’s starting wage is $21.87 per hour with timed pay increases. Responsibilities & Duties: Perform all pre-operational safety inspections Make sure guards are in place at work station Know and follow all Quality Production Specifications in performance of the job Know and follow all PPE and GMP in the performance of this job to ensure proper cleanliness of product Use practices consistent with the highest possible quality and yield results Housekeeping Perform additional duties as directed by supervision All employees are responsible for the implementation, on-going maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) here at Coshocton Qualifications: Ability to stand for the duration of shift excluding designated break times Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures for the duration of shift excluding designated break times Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, twist, and kneel to complete the sanitation process Ability to operate a high-pressure hose with nozzle Ability to work full-time and overtime Ability to work to weekend shift and 2nd shift (afternoon start time) 1 year of stable work history strongly preferred 3 years Manufacturing experience required (6 months relevant experience in the last 12 months) Location(s): Coshocton Plant Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer that prohibits discrimination or harassment of any type.
